Surrey, what? Not only was our company founded in Surrey in 1985, but our founder and children have worked and lived in Surrey for most of their lives. For the first twenty years, we manufactured all our products in Surrey. Eventually, we felt our wholesale and retail customers would be better served in more central locations, so we moved our manufacturing to Annacis Island, where we have remained to this day. In addition to our factory, we also had several retail locations in Surrey. Our longest-standing retail location operated for 25 years near the intersection of 80^th and King George Highway.

Did you used to have a store on 4th in Kitsilano?

Yes, we were at 4th and Burrard for nearly 30 years.

Can I try other firmesses or models not listed above?

Yes, with limitations. All our mattress are made in a modular fashion so we can make some adjustments to show certain models or firmness. We can't make everything though so please contact us if you want to try something not listed above.

Do you accept drop-ins?

We try to accommodate all visitors to our factory. However, we have a small showroom that can only accommodate one group at time and appointments have priority. We also don't always have a sales person on hand. Our online calendars are updated in real-time. If you don't see any opening on the calendar we are booked or unavailable.

Why do you require appointments?

We are a destination based mattress factory and have a small showroom that can only accommodate one group at time. Our appointment based system ensures you get the best possible mattress buying experience free of distractions.
