Layer Exchanges

The Layer Exchange program only applies to the following mattresses:

You may exchange a maximum of 2 layers within the initial 6-months after purchase.

The 6-month period starts the day the mattress is shipped.
The layers don’t have to be exchanged at the same time.
The maximum layer thickness of a no-charge exchange is 4"
The total combined thickness of the layers must remain the same as the original mattress.
Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Layers must be in like new condition and free of smells, tears or stains.
The customer will be responsible for the price difference if more expensive substitute materials are used (eg converting a hybrid to a 100% latex mattress)
No refunds (eg converting a 100% latex matters to a hybrid latex mattress)

Not applicable on custom sized, as is, clearance, or floor model mattresses.

Loyalty Bonus

The Majestic Layer Exchange program also includes a lifetime 25% discount on a limited number of layers or covers should your needs change.

Lifetime is defined by the total term of the ‘Mattress Warranty.’ plus 5 years
Discount only valid after the initial 6-month period expires
The discount is based on the current regular retail price.
Cannot be combined with any other sale or offer.
A maximum of 2 additional layers per year, up to a total of 5 over the mattress's lifetime, is permitted.
A maximum of 1 additional cover every two years, up to a maximum of 5 over the mattress's lifetime, is permitted. The cover must be the same size as the original mattress.
Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser
Non-transferable
Proof of purchase and ID may be required to claim the loyalty program discount.
